Worn Out And Miserable

Jul 28, 2021 | Faith, Life

When you feel you can no longer move,
And your bones are tired and weary;
Just take a break wherever you are,
So your soul does not grow leery.

Like a caribou who is tired from running,
And the heat has made him weak;
He plopped himself beside a road,
In the damp soil of a ditched creek.

Take time to rest and recollect,
Seek The Lord with praise;
For His blessings will replenish,
And peace will fill your day!

When that worn out spirit creeps in,
And you feel miserable to no end;
Reach out and take His hand,
For His heart will never bend!
