Stormy Night In March

Mar 10, 2022 | Uncategorized

Wind blows warning against the house,
As a storm works it’s way here;
It wakes the household up,
In a whirlwind of worry and fear!

Limbs can be heard slapping,
Against the edge of the roof;
Loose buckets hit the door,
And fly away in a poof!

My thoughts go to the Lord,
In a tender moment of prayer;
For safety of our lives and homes,
To the protection of an animal’s lair.

May He watch over everyone,
Especially those who have to be out;
Those who are homeless,
And those children beginning to pout.

For He is our Comfort and Protector,
And we know this is very true;
Believe with all your heart He’s got us,
As this storm gives us a lightening view.

🙏🙏🙏 for everyone’s safety all over His world!
