I do not know much about football,
But have watched this IU season;
With my questions and curiosity,
My hubby answers with good reason.
With each win I have heard,
A praise given to the Lord;
They are not afraid to say it,
It’s apparent and adored!
They have an immense respect,
For their coach and each other;
I can always see the joy,
In the eyes of Mendoza’s mother!
Their coach must be a genius,
And his expressions are bland;
But his team works well together,
And their plays are quite grand!
Team and Hoosier spirit,
Always brings a smile to my face;
I think I am becoming a fan,
Of this team and Hoosier race!
Congratulations to this IU Football team,
May they continue and win it all;
I pray if it is in God’s will,
Their success is in His call!
