Jeremiah 5:24

“They do not say to themselves, ‘Let us fear the Lord our God, who gives autumn and spring rains in season, who assured us of the regular weeks of harvest.’

And He still fulfills His promise with rain in seasons. He blesses the farmers with a time to harvest and a time to rest a little in the winter months as now.
