Bible Verse January 13, 2020

Ephesians 4:2

“Be completely humble and gentle, be patient, bearing with one another in love.”

While adding to My Life Story My Way today, I spoke of someone bullied and think about what they went through as I was reflecting on myself. I am so grateful they are still here today to share their story and am reminded of this verse. We are all on different phases toward Christ and some are further along than others. The disappointment in that person’s life was the reactions and misunderstandings of those they expected help from. This individual was young and scared and acted out of the bullying and others around had no patience or understanding, further bullying by being mean and not living by the example of this verse. Sometimes we do not understand people’s behavior and we tend to think the worse of someone. If we follow God’s words here, perhaps we can change another to begin their path to God. Perhaps by our examples of patience and love we might be saving a life!
